Join us for a magical Sunday afternoon of renewal, calm, & creative play. We will begin the gathering around a guided painting class over herbal sunset tea, followed by a frequency-renewing sound bath. This is a space to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your creative inner-child.

What to Expect

• A softly guided intuitive painting session (no experience required, just arrive cheeky & playful)
• A sound healing immersion by Leila Yavari using bowls and gentle frequencies
• A shared tea at a communal table by @eloriasanctuary
• Slow conversation, grounded presence, and space to let go & unwind.

The Experience

You’ll paint in quiet guidance, allowing intuition to lead rather than technique.
You’ll rest into sound as your nervous system settles.
You’ll gather over tea to allow a chance to meet the other women who are present.

This experience is designed for women who want:

Creative expression without pressure
Rest without isolation
Community without performance

No Art Experience Needed

This gathering welcomes complete beginners and seasoned creatives alike.

There is no “right way” to paint.
All materials are provided.
You simply arrive as you are - bring clothes that you don't mind getting paint on!

Group Size: Limited, intimate gathering (max 25 spots available)

Other Booking Policy and Terms and Conditions:

All our events are currently open to women only, unless otherwise specified.
Tickets cannot be carried forward/transferred to another event
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
If an event is postponed or rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, all tickets will automatically carry over to the new date unless we are otherwise notified and an alternative arrangement is requested by the ticket holder. If ticket holders cannot make the rescheduled date(s) offered, they will be offered a full credit valid to be applied towards a future Immaculate gathering (credit is valid for 12 months). Refunds are not issued for rescheduled events.
If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request to:
- transfer your ticket to a future event (within 12 months), or
- pass your ticket to another guest (with advance notice)
Requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe prior to the rescheduled date. Approval is at the discretion of the organizer.
Cancelled Events
If an event is fully cancelled and not rescheduled, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Any processing or service fees are non-refundable.
Weather Conditions
Events are held rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe. Inclement weather that does not result in cancellation or postponement does not qualify for refunds.

Photographs and video will be taken during the event for marketing and publicity purposes. Attendees agree to be filmed and photographed.
Venue may be subject to change upon availability and weather.
If yoga teacher, sound healer, or other scheduled facilitators need to be changed due to unforseen circumstances, a suitable replacement will be provided. Immaculate Events LLC reserve the right to change these facilitators at any time.
We will message all attendees prior to the event via email with address/instructions for arriving to the venue. If you do not receive the logistics email, please contact us to provide your alternative preferred method of communication to receive our logistics messages.
